Well, considering many different people have had many different and contradictory revelations, the question is valid.
"Revelations" most likely are a phenomena of the mind with nothing to do with the outside world (such as hallucinations).
Consider: if you are Christian than you are likely to acknowledge Christian revelations while arbitrarily disregarding Muslim, Hindu, and Jewish revelations.
And no one today who has a revelation about Jesus or Muhammad never heard of them before, suggesting there is very much a cultural factor that drives such events. If some way-backwater Inuit or African had a vision of Jesus and never heard of him before, then *that* would really be something.
But the evidence is against the reality of revelations.

Absolutely the Book of Revelation written by the Apostle John in 96 C.E. 2years before his death under inspiration of the Holy Spirit is written literally , symbolically to show thing that have happened and are happening and will yet happen in the future and is very accurate so yes it is reality Gorbalizer

Not sure if my opinion counts since I'm not a Christian but oh well. Revelation was not written as a literal guide to the events that are going to happen. Most religious scholars agree that it was written as a message to Christians at that time to help guide them through the persecution they were facing at the hands of people like Nero. Anybody who reads it now and thinks that we are going to go through all of that in the coming days doesn't understand the real intention of the writing.

The Book of Revelations, or personal revelation? Both, I'd say, are subjective and can certainly be a part of reality if you like.

Absolutely, they are words of God, though some symbolic and some literal.
In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!

revelation is God's disclosing to men things about Himself men wouldn't have known otherwise. It is God telling us about what is going to happen to the world or the end of the world. It tells you about what is going to happen to the wicked people and righteousness. It talks about jesus coming back to get his people in the rapture.I know this is too much information, but bible is my favorite subject.

About as much as Genesis. I reread that the other day, and I stopped when I got to God created the earth and firmament and firmament was heaven. Who can buy that, if they ever looked up at the stars?
