Hard drugs, esp cocaine, ecstasy, speed. Great for weight loss - all the supermodels do it- but not so great healthwise... also cigarettes, same deal...

I guessing from your question that what you're looking for is a supplement of some sort that works as a safe and effective appetite suppressant. I was just researching that very topic yesterday and this is what I found.
The "hottest" pure appetite suppressant right now (that is not "ephedra" related, or contains chemical stimulants like ephedra) that I found is a "plant" called Hoodia Gordonii. It is a cactus like plant that is native to the deserts of South Africa that has allegedly been used for thousands of years by the bushmen there as an appetite suppressant. It was featured awhile back on "60 Minutes". It is supposedly very safe to use, and studies have shown that daily use will actually suppress the appetite enough to lower caloric intake by about 1000 calories per day. Needless to say, it works as an effective weight loss tool.
My understanding is that there are companies putting out products containing "hoodia", but it is not the stuff grown in Africa, and is not effective. As with any supplement, if you want to try it, "caveat emptor". Research it to see if it's right for you.
You can read more at this site: www.hoodia-advice.org
You'll find alot of info about it, including about the rip-off companies. I am strongly considering trying it myself.

You always feel hungry because your body needs nourishment. You don't need to suppress your appetite, or else it will throw your metabolism off balance. Try eating protein, like eggs, grilled chicken, or trail mix, or a gronola bar.

keep drinking water or eating celery and grapefruit. The latter two actually help you burn more calories than you would gain from them.
Plus, they taste bad.
