i do 90 mins a day 4 days a week....

Over the last 6 weeks I have started exercising a minimum of 30 minutes a day along with an additional 30 minutes of strength training 3x per week. I've lost 24 lbs.

The free diet website http://www.sparkpeople.com has been immensely helpful in tracking my calories eaten and burned through exercise. Very motivating!

It varies. training for a marathon isn't as far off from reasonable as many people think. I run anywhere from 30 to 60 kms/week and then do yoga 2X/week. I also try to bike to work and back which is about 25min on my roadbike each way. The weather allows for this 2-3times per week. Is this enough? I think enough is the halfway point between feeling good and compensating for your lifestyle. I don't get all my runs in and I miss a yoga class once in a while, my body sometimes needs downtime. I think its about what you have to do to achieve a goal and what you need to do to feel healthy. As long as you keep what you want and what you need balanced, you can only be satisfied and happy.

I work out at the gym 6 days a week, for about 1 1/2 hours at a time. I split the workout, 45 minutes cardio and 45 minutes with weights. This is enough for me.

I get about 5 hours of exercise every week. I am on a volleyball team and I do P.E. at school for 3 hours.

I play one game of softball once a week. run 3 miles total twice a week, ride my bike which is 3 miles total, once a week, and at the beach twice a week I throw the soft ball around and play catch...for 2 hours.. each time.. then batting practice in a field . 1 hour.. twice a week
