help me iam in a bind, I have been seeing this guy for a long time for 8 years now, I want to marry him, he wants to marry me, ok, a big promblem, he was a paramedic at one time, a long time ago he had an affair with this girl, and helped her deliver his baby, He was forced by his wife to get a divorce, He married the girl who he had an affair with, and they found out that they were not compatable, the marriage did not work out, Soo, He met me, He got fired from his paramedic job, And now he is trying to get a divorce from his wife, and hiding me in the meantime, away from all lawyers and all of his family because he told me he will loose everything if he told his parents and stuff, Because half of his family are either cops or sheriffs or a private dectective and Firemen, I cant understand why he sometimes have split personality here, He calls me and tells me he loves me, then 10 minutes later when i call him, He pretends like he doesnt know me and he yells at me and tells me never to

no, he would not lose everything for having a girl friend now after he is already seperated from his soon to be ex wife.
And his family being cops or in the sheriff dpartment or private dectectives ( sounds alittle funny on the story personally)
I would say that he is giving you a song and dance so he can live one life when not with you, and another when he is with you.
So he files for divorce, what is the problem

not a cop, but do your self a favor and find someone else. In the first place you already said he had an affair, on his 1st wife. divorced, your the affair with 2nd wife, divorce, see a pattern here. Find a real man, that will treat you as you should be treated.

It really sounds like the old I'm getting a divorce (NOT) story. He is having a affair and living happily at home. You need to move on as he probably won't ever leave his wife.

You need an honest answer from a shrink. No offense to you, but you need to get as far away from this guy as you possibly can. Do not under any circumstances marry him as you will rue the day. Turn and run right now.

you need to be like your first boyfriend get over people who have problems can't just stay with one person can't take things calmly and have you yell at you and throw you around and hide you behind his back find someone your age who hasn't found anyone or gotten anyone pregnant and all sorts of problems this person has it would be much better and less stressful and more ideal
