My dad recently moved out and now me and my mom do not get along so well. I am seventeen years old and will be eighteen in about seven months but I want to move out now.

In Florida you are required to stay in school until you are 16. There is no law that says that you can not move out of your house before you are eighteen, however, you need to be immancipated.....which your parents have to sign the document. Your best bet would be to switch houses...move in with your dad until you are eighteen...if that is not an option find another relative...it is a cold world in Florida trust me.

you can move out anytime but that would not solve your problem at all. I think what you and your mom need is communication:-)
