I was charged & thrown in jail for aggravated harrasment, It was declined in court. I was told not to contact the victim, although I did, the next day to find out what this was all about, & why he thinks it was me. Im totally innocent. What will happen & whats the worst that can happen. Please answer. Im scared to death

It's called 'Attempting to pervert the course of Justice'. Dont make any plans for at least the next five years.

You can actually get more jail time for this, than the actual orginal charge, And even if you were found not guilty of the orginal charge, you can be found guilty of this.

What part of "not to contract" did you not understand.

And it will be used in your orgianal crime to show you were a threat to the other person.

Now you need to be scared to death, before you needed a good attorney who would ask and talk to them, and get all of the evidnece.

I would say you will see several months in jail at the least

If the charges were declined in court as you said, why are you worried, IT IS OVER.
