Since I've been drinking grapefruit juice, I've been experiencing excruciating pain in all my joints, especially, at night, or could it be that I'm allergic to the medication, in MSM?. I started using both about the same time...The pain is unbearable...

Caffeine also wakes up the pain reception in your brain, so yes, it does. But it causes pain in the joints directly too.
