A nice big Meringue

4 egg whites

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 2 / 140 degrees C / 300 degrees F. Whisk the egg whites with an electric whisk or food processor whisk attachment until it forms soft peaks. Gradually add the sugar (while still whisking) and continue whisking until reasonably stiff peaks form. Scoop 12 blobs of the mixture onto greaseproof & bake for bout an hour

Use the recipe for meringues BUT cook them in a microwave as it is much quicker
They need very little time and will burn if you do them too long
Yummy - to say the least
We would have had some today but had run out of icing sugar
PS don't forget to email me some if you make them

make a cake ! your 5 whites are the equivalent of 2.5 eggs, and the cake neither knows nor cares if you're using yolks or whites

Mmmmmmeringue! You just need some caster sugar (regular granulated is too heavy):

Or you could be as health conscious as the Hollywood stars and plump for an egg white omelette...

I think it's either angel food cake or pound cake that needs a lot of egg white. So do matzoh balls, if you want to make a soup.

Egg white omelet or you can add another whole egg to add that yellow color. Save it for tomorrow morning, invite some friends over for breakfast!
