Percocet is oxycodone and tylenol.
Lorcet is hydrocodone and tylenol.

Hydrocodone is listed as a milder pain medication than oxycodone. But your mileage will vary, as some get more relief from one over the other.

Pecocet (oxycodone) is a schedule II narcotic and is a stronger painkiller than Loracet (hydrocodone) which is a schedule III narcotic.

Oxycodone is also the generic name for Oxycontin, Tylox, Percodan, Roxicodone and Oxyfast.

Hydrocodone is also the generic name for Vicodin, Rixocet, Anexsia, Dicodid and Hycodan.

They are both synthetic opiates, effective and have a high abuse potential.
