There is a girl from work and i have noticed every time i look at her she is staring at me , and she would look away when she sees me looking , but she never trys to talk to me or any thing and this has been going on for almost a year .

Well maybe she has a crush on you and she wants you 2 see her looking at you, and wants you 2 say something 2 her! if you find her attractive then maybe you should ask her out (if your single) and if you dont like her in a nice way ask her y does she stare at you.

She may be looking you for so many reasons.may be she is admiring your beauty and she dont want to talk to you at the first instant.Do this throw your pen or your belongings in front of her.when she pick it for you, read her mind when she stands up After work that day call her,talk to her.Start from how she picked your pen for you and ffrom there if you luv her,tell her that you luv her but if you doesnt talk her to a restaurant and tell her that why is she looking at you and she will tell you.

If you were ugly, she wouldn't be staring. When she looks at you, is she smiling or expressionless. I she might think you're attractive but is unsure if she would date you. Or maybe she thinks your cute, but she already have a b/f so she's afraid to approach you.
