If you want to fry, you can fry with either Cormeal or flour, in a frying pan with just a small amount of oil, about 4 mintues per side depending on the thickness. If your gonna bake it season the fish with your desired seasoning, squirt with fresh lemon juice and a little olive oil, and you can add some chopped tomatos and onion and bake for about 20 minutes depending on thickness. Enjoy!

Bread them! 1-2 cups of flour, 1 can of beer, and seasonings of choice. (We like Cajun), Make up a pan of flour with the same seasonings. Dredge in flour, dip in batter, and fry.
For sides I'd go with asparagus with hollandaise, and maybe some mixed rice from a box. And maybe a salad.
The tartar sauce is easy too. It's just mayo, lemon, relish, garlic, and just a little pepper.
