I have joined a gym and although not exceptionally overweight usually work long hours at a desk. I want to hit the gym at about 6:00am in the mornings and would like tips on an energy booster and great vitamins to use.I have a hard time getting started already and looking for some way to get a better way of getting started. Any Ideas or programs that I may try. I've quit smoking over a year ago and this is my next goal. Any good ideas from anyone?

Vitamin B complex should be of help.

For God so loved the people of the world that he gave his one and only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. John 3:16,17

I'm not a big fan of drugs or chemicals, but here is what I have done...
I tried a little experiment this summer with a couple of those products that claim to give you a boost, while really shredding your muscle appearance.
One, just gave me the jitters, while another actually gave me an energy boost and made me eager to get to the gym.
Both were actually hunger suppressants.
I found Lipo 6 to be the best for me. I'm leery about what it would do to my heart, though, as it seemed to speed up my metabolism as well. You can go into any GNC and ask them what they would suggest.
