How much water should I drink in the morning before a workout? How much water should I drink after a workout? Should I eat something before or after? But Im never hungry in the morning.

so far ... I love working out 45 minutes bright and early but Im having trouble figuring out what to eat... and what time to eat it...

Do you have any advice?

I also hate eating in the mornings before a workout. But eating is important in the mornings to help start your metabolism. I drink around 20 oz of water before a work out (im a runner avg 25-30 miles per week) 20 oz of water 1/2 pint of yogurt and I eat an orange. Thats not hard to digest. Actually I eat this first before my stretching this gives my body time to digest it before I go running. When i get back I'll usually drink 8 oz of mik, 2-3 boiled eggs, a banana, and about 1-2 cups of oatmeal, and wash it down with 2 -3 quarts of water. works for me.

Drink Ensure or some whey protein, before your workout, it is not that filling but has the nutrition you need. Just drink water throughout your workout, and whenever you feel hungry or thirsty, the brain often mistakes hunger for thirst. 1 gallon a day should do it.

You should eat something before because your body has been fasting for a long time.

Drinking orange juice would be sufficient before working out, as it gives your body fresh energy to use when working out.

Just be certain you do not devour to little.Than you're going to no longer lose.as a rule if you happen to begin a brand new vitamin you'll lose 10 lbs the primary week and perhaps 20 lbs in 6 weeks in case your fortunate.Good good fortune!

eat an apple before you go out, you can take a glass of water and then take as much water as you need to calm your thirst, remember to try drinking about half gallon of water a day

just listen to your body. eat when you are hungry and drink a glass of water before your w.o. and sip throughout then drink a couple glasses afterward and dont forget to drink the rest of the day.
