well my mam, did a super diet she programed her self! ok
do it 4 as many weeks as u wish these r the thing u do everyday k
walk atleast a mile, wen u walk do it after a meal cuz u work off ur meal so u can't gain weight
cut on the portions of food, the sizes of your amounts of food
try low fat spreads, low fat! low calorie! there the bestv this is what my mum did 4 2 months and lost 3 stone!

I joined weight watchers in Feb and have lost 49lb up to yet....good luck :)

well, theres a diet called atkins and my dad lost 8 pounds in a week!
