It depends on what is 'wrong'. Is it unethical or immoral, then they shouldn't do it. If it is just a difference in opinion like "make a left at the stop sign", then there's no harm in doing the 'wrong' thing (if your boss asks you to)>

Then don't do it. Don't let someone push you into doing a deed you think is wrong. I believe you always have a choice. You will always have to live with the results no mater what.

Morally or ethically wrong,? Or breaks a law.? If it violates a civil law then you have only one recourse and that is to refuse. Otherwise you have to let your conscience be your guide.
