I would think that I could highlight the resources grid in a given task and copy it to the clipboard (control-V) and then paste it into the resources grid of other tasks, if the resources requirements haven't changed (e.g., if you have a work group going sequentially from one task to another. How do I do this? The cut and paste strategy doesn't seem to work.

You can modify multiple tasks by highlighting all the tasks you want to modify. Then right click on the set of tasks and go to Task Information. Then if you go to the resources tab you can assign the same resource for all tasks. That might be the easiest route.

If you are a true blue Project MAnager guy - just put another billable resource in the project for documentation and put him to work to do all this !!
