I put a picture into Microsoft Word, and I added words to it. Can I now make that document into a PDF file (if I can get it in a PDF file, then I'll put it into iPhoto, but I know how to put the PDF file into iPhoto)? Thanks!

With older versions of Microsoft Word, you must use the Adobe Acrobat program. This includes the PDF Writer in your Printers section. You simply Open your Word document, then PRINT to the PDF Writer. It's easy and COOL.

The best way of doing this is to use Adobe Acrobat Professional. There are other software programs, but I've never had good luck with them. Don't be frightened by its high list price; if you're a student or know one, you can get it in college book stores for about $100. Don't confuse it with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

A free program that allows you to do this is Writer in the OpenOffice Suite. Just download it here.

You can open up any Word doc in Writer, then select File > Export as PDF. (Note: You may need to adjust the alignment and spacing in Writer before you do so.)

No..if you like to create a pdf file of your documents go to www.adobe.com and install their browser - on their browser you will find the link if you like to create a pdf file on line,download the Adobe Acrobat version 7.00 and also down load the adobe photo album software for free.From your adobe photo album you can load it into your pdf file.Otherwise adobe album pictures are in pdf format.

You can print out the Microsoft Word file, and scan it. When scaning just save it in .pdf format.
The only things you need is a printer and scaner :)

Go to http://createpdf.adobe.com/ and sign in, or create an account, Once that, upload your file, convert it, and in a few hours or the day after, they'll give you a notice to you e-mail to go get it. This is free, so get that file in 72 hours, but if you pay, that won't be necessary.
