Running accompanied by sit ups and all those work outs works. make sure you run with a real straight back. the sit ups and stuff will form the muscle and the running hard will burn the fat that covers the fab muscles that are just supposed to be seen. It took me longer to get my abs visible, that was cause I kept stopping doing the sit ups and all the other stuff. But if you do it continually sure two weeks and no probs. depends actually on like your current state.
Other stuff besides sit ups that work better (I think)
-Lie flat on your back raise your legs 45 degrees off the floor and hold this for forty seconds repeat at different degrees to target different area on the abs.
-lie on your tummy. Place you palms beside your hips and use your stomach to lift your upper body up. Do not put the weight on your arms.
- This is like sit up except you twist your body so the opposite elbow touches the opposite knee. Repeat.
- Spread legs out, sit on the ground. As far as possible. Straight back. Arms out shoulder level. Swing arms. Sides should burn.
Good luck

Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems.
I lost 38 lbs in 2 months by using garcinia cambogia extract (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 26 and then 12 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn't feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 20 minutes walks 5 days a week.
It's been 4 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 5 lbs (I stop taking them after I lost the weight). If you want to take a look here is a website where you can find discounts: http://www.garciniacambogiapromo.com I got them 30% off from here. Hope this helps!

Exercise alone won't be enough for a six-pack to show. Having your six-pack show, also has to do with the types of food you eat, metabolism, genetics. Eating less fatty foods, increasing protein intake, and exercising helps. Bascially lessen your body fat percentage and doing ab workouts, will be rewarding to your mid section.

Um....cardio. You already have a six pack, you just can't see it because of a layer of fat around your midsection. No ab exercise will get rid of that fat, only fat-burning cardio exercise will do that.

Push-ups. Oh yeah. Do 10*30 (more than 30 is even better) a day and you will see result in under two weeks. Worked for me.
