Call animal protection services. They are usually a part of the local police department. They will usually bring the bird to a local vet that is government sponsored.

With the storms here this happens alot. First I put it in a deep box with a towel for cushion, water bowl, and make sure it is quiet in the house. I have a big aviary outside for if they survive. If you see any blood from mouth I think it is internal bleeding, just try to give it some water and let nature take its course. The ones that survive the night I make a mush and try to feed them putting the mush on a branch and getting it down thier throat. Sorry their are no avian vets near, but I have released quite a few back, and have 4 in the aviary. 2 don't want to leave even though I have tried.. I work in a place that has a lot of windows, and whenever a bird hits the windows they bring them to me.

sometimes birds get stunned after hitting a window and just need a little bit of time to recooperate. You can put it in a small box in a quiet place until it is able to fly away. If it seems hurt, like a broken wing, or other injury where it cannot fly, you should get it to a bird rehab. If you cannot catch it, just leave it outside and make sure there are no pets around to capture it, and hopefully it will leave on it's own.

There may be a local Audubon Society nearby that you can call. Sometimes birds get stunned and certainly a bit sore from a crash. Just leave it be. It's possibility of surviving is greater if you don't attempt to touch it while it is already under stress.

put gloves on and try to pick it up gently and get a box and put a towel in it and put it in. or if it seems really hurt call .. the vet? yeah, and give it water and bird food. but maybe you should let the box stay outside, except if it's still there at night. but it inside at night. i'm not exactly sure. hurry up!
