I have always been the type of guy to respect a woman on a first few dates, but lately I have found women who have wanted to get in bed the first date and I have morals, values, religion, and just respect. I was told that I need to come to the next millenium and be able to come to the bedroom the first date. Am I being to respectable, or do I need to be more understanding and just jump in bed with someone?

some women 're looking for fun only. you have every rights to reject. anyway, the girls wouldnt harm you, perhaps they didnt offense you also.

stand your ground. keep your morals, values etc. women that will sleep with you on the first date have slept with OTHERS on other first dates. (higher chance of contracting an STD also) find a girl that meets your standards. no reason to settle for less than what you want or deserve. it has nothing to do with understanding and coming to the next millenium. bad advice. the new millenium is not about giving up your self respect. there is no such thing as being too respectable.

Life is not all about jumping into the next millenium. Just because sin is rampent in the world doesn't mean that you have to be that way. GOD is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. He doesn't change for the new millenium, and neither should you. What He said was wrong thousands of years ago, is still wrong in his eyes today. You are not to have sex before marriage, and when you ARE married, the Bible says the bed is undefiled.
So yeah, don't have sex with someone until you're married. Don't worry about what the world finds acceptable. The world is wrong!
Also, there are so many STD's floating around. You don't want one of those. Just don't give in.

No, don't just jump into bed with someone. You have enough respect for yourself and for the woman to wait to start a sexual relationship. It sounds like the women you are dating are lacking self-respect and self-esteem. Hold out for someone who has the same morals and values as you, or you will probably not be happy in your relationship.

You are dating the wrong girls. A woman who has morals will understand and even enjoy the fact that you don't want to just jump in the sack with her but get to know her better first.

yeah like that other person said. get rid of the sluts a respectable girl wouldnt wanna just get it on on the first date. unless thats all she really wanted from you and probably didnt plan on seeing you again. dont worry you're not being too respectable. its better than being a dog.

Hey , a lot of guys have erectile difficulties when they first are with a new partner so don't feel so bad..lol..
My god you ladies are sad, What , a girl can't have a sex drive? A girl who has sex on the first date is scum who can't be trusted? This isn't the 50's ( where women slept around but hid it) Haven't women been trying to fight this double standard for all this time?
