I am using two jacks placed apart on one end of the machine.
I think I do not need a full 75 ton jack for this. How much jack do I need?

That would depend on how the weight is distributed. If it was evenly spread out but tall then you would start out needing 37.5 tons and it would become less weight as it was tipped until it reached a balance point.
