I lay on the carpeted floor to force my muscles to relax, and then I take a hot bath and read something really mindless (like the National Enquirer). Or I get a massage or a facial or I make some de-stress tea or I get in the swimming pool.

When I remodeled the master bathroom I installed a two person Jacuzzi. I also ran speakers from the surround sound amp into the bathroom. Turn out the lights and light a couple of candles and you are there. You might even consider a glass of wine with that special while you are there.

Put on pajamas and get a beach book(a really easy book) and just read it til im sleeoy and then take a nap. Or, take a hot bath and put pajamas on then watch some tv and fall asleep. Hope I helped you out

Take a hot bath, smoke some weed, take a nap, read a book, drink hot cider, tea, or coco, bake something then eat it, or play with a small baby or animal.
