Considering there are only 20000 webcams on the market, I will look them all up and get back to you!

When your webcam pops up on screen go to the settings and then click on color, use the little bar to slide to the color u want. it will show u as u are doing it. Thats what Ido to my webcam but u might have a different kind. try that, if it doesnt work then u have to look it up or go through your manual.

Go into settings is all that anyone can tell you. Hard to give you a definitive answer without you telling us what kind of a webcam you have since they're not all made the same. Next time when you need to ask a question related to computers, please be thorough. It'll help allow us to give you the right answer instead of a wrong one that might end up screwing up your computer.

Also please verify your e-mail address with Yahoo! Answers so that people such as myself can e-mail you if need be. I tried e-mailing you to ask you what kind of webcam you have but it said I couldn't as you need to verify your e-mail address.

try to find your webcam settings- once you've found them change the 'Saturation' value to 0 (if there is a box with a number in) or drag the slider for it all the way down (if slider is vertical) or to the left (if slider is horizontal). after removing saturation you should get a black and white effect.

Put a green filter on the lens.

Edit:
Look for the mods to make cameras do infra-red. I'm not sure if a green filter would work or not, but it might due to interpolation. And it would look cool anyway.
