my ex did that to me when we were together. i cannot understand why someone would do that to someone. I neevr lied or cheated on him........

It's means he have NO RESPECT on you. Spitting in someone else face is sign of hate of immature behavior. Only a child could do this and he was probably doing this all along as a child, but he was not punished. I believe the next time, he will use his fist. I think it is time for you to move on, there's a lot of good man out there.

I've seen that before in a couple of tv shows, (ARCHER Season 4 and FAMILY GUY Season 11.) Spitting on the face is some sick twisted sexual act that is requested by the person that wants it done to them for some reason. It should not be done to someone unexpected.
That's some freaky stuff. Lol

That happened to me last night. My girlfriend of one year spit in my face during an a argument. What made it even more humiliating, was that she was brushing her teeth at the time, and all that goop spattered me in the mouth. Disgusting.The next day she didn t apologize or seemed like she cared at all. I was and still am mortified by that experience. It makes me want to leave her. But, I won t because it was her first time, and I plan to make it clear it s unacceptable behavior. Now, if it happens again....

Just forgive him. You must be knowing the reason, he may be of the view that you have soft corner for others or you love some other fellow. Boys simply cannot endure it. Anyone really loving cannot do such act. A true love is always selfless. A boys wants to give his best to her love and not to spit. He must not be a nice person. He may be of angry nature which is another shortcoming. As far as general psychology is concerned no one would like to continue friendship with such a person. This is so ugly. If you really love him, then forgive him or otherwise forget him forever. .

to give you an accurate and objective answer, i would need to have more details about your relationship e.g. duration, is it an abusive relationship, was it during sex (as a sort of fetish he was trying to fulfill) obviously without communicating this to you clearly?
At any rate his behavior is completely unacceptable, and there is no justification whatsoever for it (not even if you lied to him or cheated). You MUST not dismiss the issue, confront him, perhaps seek the opinion of a specialist if need be. Spitting has never and should not be a part of a healthy relationshp!! Obviously!

If so or not it may mean he sees you as worthless trash.
Hates your guts and wishes with the spit you would catch something and die possibly.
If you didn't do anything then he must have heard something really bad about you to make him that angry.
Stay away from him!!! He is not reasonable.

actually, this just hapened to me last night, my boyfriend was sccreaming in my face because i went grocery shopping and he didnt have any money left over to pay back his debt from drugs and wanted beer, when i told him to stop cuz our kid was watching, he started spitting on my face in anger so i said stop ur spitting in my face, his eyes got bigger and he haulled a ******* lugy in my face...so i walked away, i never thought it would happen to me, i felt ashamed and disresepcted, so no its no alright but, of course we somehow learn to get passed it...not saying thats right at all, because now my boy is going to grow up thinking that its alright for guys to do that, well my mom put up with it....."

This guy is an asshole my boyfriend did this to ke and more and i forgave him.sevrtal times but tonight was too much agsin i do believr he does disrespect me very much and also probably hates me as well ,i will leave him.as soon as im.moved in my bew plave by april.hopefully ,the reason why i havent left him.is bcuz i have nowhere to go just yet
