hi, i know that there's this software that can help you stop wasting time on the computer, by sending out an alert or something... does anyone remember what i'm talking about and does anyone know where i can download it? thanks!

open the control panel and click administrative tools and click sub links services.New box will come out with on top Alerter folder click to view it if you like and see that the status box should indicate Started.It's your o/s in Window XP,you don't have to download only you will have to state that where you need in started to alert you or no.It,s on extended services tab.(services (local).

I think what your looking for is a alarm clock... set it to go off after however long you think time is beginning to be wasted... cheap downloads at walmart
