take your fresh shrimp and vacume seal them in plastic. buy one of those fresh seal vacumes. and freeze them. withall the air out of the container it will maintain the color.use a little food dye also

Pro Cure and other companies have commercail cures and dyes you can use. I just save the juice from my skeins and soak the shrimp in there
