Both of them taste good, it depends on the way of cooking. Though some ppl prefer chicken over fish. Well since fish have Omega-3 and all they are healthier.

they both taste great...well, depending on how they are cooked. And actually both are very good for you. However, fish is starting to contain more and more mercury and should be eaten sparingly. You can still eat fish often, but not every day. The mercury comes from pollution and is more prevalent in high elevation lakes and larger fish as they consume smaller fish the mercury builds up.
Chicken on the other hand needs to be cooked thoroughly to a at least 170 degrees for white meat, and 180 degrees for dark meat to kill all bacteria.

Fish is generally healthier. I think the taste just depends on how each is cooked.

I used to eat a ton of chicken, and I guess I got burned out. Now it's only fish, especially crab. Yum. And both have good health benefits.
