How can I tell if Lunchables have nitrates or nitrites?

Sight unseen I can tell you the answer. If it is any kind of luncheon meat (like bologna) then the answer is YES. That info is always on the label, by law in US.

Look on the ingrediants listings on the label. Look for sodium nitrates..
