Recive Syda Yoga Shaktipat?

Question

I am very thirsty to recive shaktipat , bout i'm living in iran and i never see a syda guru here ,inaddtion i cant go out from my country because i dont have money , my country dont let me go out because they say you shuld pass : compulsory military service
i realy need to recive shakti
i know a real guru have ability to give shaktipat from every way or every style , for example a mail or even email because guru is infinite and extreme , somebody please help me to recive shaktipat i will pray for him everyday!

how to give self-shaktipat:

"conduit breathing"

while seated; breathing naturally

breathing IN, feel for pulling down "cosmic" forces from the heavens

breathing OUT, feel for pushing energy down this energy into the earth (thereby cleansing your energy)

breathing IN: feel for pulling UP energy from the earth (thereby healing the earth)

breathing OUT: feel for pushing UP energy into the heavens

repeat this for as long as you care to. this process creates a conduit between earth and sky and you will receive large amount of shakti from it. it is a great practice ro combine with a four syllable mantra. each syllable thought or chanted with each in or out breath. each round of conduit breathing includes breathing in, out, in, out. with the final breath out (pushing energy up) you can "attach" an intention to be broadcasted into the heavens.

remember: the "guru" is not of a person, it is of the (your) spirit.

i received shaktipat fro gurru mayi and didn't help much just love urself more each day and bless the lord have one desire only toward enlghment be meek and humble and u enter to the kingdom of paradize god bless u don;t give ur power to the some kind of guru be urself and u go forward
