A guy I work with (he is in a position above me) that I am extremely attracted to pretty much showed that he has the same level of attraction for me Friday after work in his office. He never came right out and admitted attraction for me and if he said something direct with no way it could mean anything else he would say, "just joking." All smiles, though, and we would both laugh.
However, we had a very suggestive conversation in which he was asking what I was doing this weekend, did I have a boyfriend, commenting on my work saying he would have to "give me a reward" (big smiles here). He asked for my personal email address and I gave it to him. He said to look for an email around 11:00 and even told me what his screen name would be. Well, this was Friday night and no email arrived. Ok, maybe he meant Saturday night but no email then either. What is up with that? Could he not be attracted to me anymore for some reason? Will he eventually go for it if he got nervous this time?

Don't think too much of it. It is possible that he typed in the wrong address or he was busy. Or maybe the mail server was down. There are many reasons, don't just think the worst yet.

He could got caught up in something. But as a tip, try not to show him that you are totally crazy bout him coz he might just think of you as a booty call. Talking from experience.

Their is one rule of thumb, never mess with anyone that you work with, so before, you think of getting close, just be his friend, and your work ethic will work better. Leave well enough alone!

Don't get worried, It jsut might mean he was tied up on something
Try not to remain in suspended animation while you await his advances

maybe he got the wrong address? maybe his computer got a virus? or his internet is down?
since he is direct, ask him what happened on Monday.
