Information about SAP ?

Question

I want to make my career as SAP professional. i had completed my Engineering in Computer Science and Doing MBA in Finance. i want to know what should i opt for, whether i should go for SAP Financials or SAP ABAP? Can anyone give me complete info about SAP Courses and Can anyone give me a link where i can get all the information regarding SAP. I am from India.

Interesting choice of qualifications. At first I had my doubts whether you could be qualified for both SAP FI and ABAP, but it would appear that you can.

For either FI or ABAP the cost of training would be similar. The pay for an FI consultant would probably be higher, but it may be harder to find work. The type of work is also greatly different to ABAP.

As an ABAP consultant, you're pretty much a programmer. As an FI consultant you will be expected to be a business/process analyst. So, your preference of work should come into the decision.
