Many cell phones offer this service - you may have to set it up for her with her. You program in the name and number - then add a voice print to it by having her speak the name in her voice. After all the phone numbers are added, she just says 'call Emily' or 'call nancy' and it will dial the number. You have to look for a phone that uses 'speech recognition'. This is available on the expensive cell phones but never heard of a landline phone with the service. But the smarts are actually int he handset.

I also only know of cell phones. BUT they need not be expensive. I would say most cell phones in the $70-$100 price range have voice commands.

Not that I know of, but Panasonic's latest phone allows you to dial by picture. It also has talking caller ID.

My LG cell allows you to voice dial, but it doesn't work very well.
