i am going through the same thing and let me tell you...8 months ago i could not put my hair in a ponytail, i was wearing weaves (not the best thing to do it damaged my hair and scalp a little) but that helped, for 2 months i was wearing micros and using dr. miracles hair serum, (it smells at first) but it works, i have a good 2 inches of new growth from the micros. for the past 3 months i have been taking biotin vitamins (which is good for healthy hair), getting my ends trimmed every 6 weeks and wrapping my hair up every night with a satin scraf.. also i have been using profectiv hair care products (their made by strength of nature) now i hair is in a bob style and healthy. Good luck

If you want hair to grow faster, you have to take supplements that work on your body chemistry to support hair's growth and strength at its genesis.....once it has grown out, it is just dead keratin
Try GNC, they make a supplement called "Nourishair" in formulas for men and women..they are HUGE pills and you have to take 2 daily. There is also a "Hair skin and nails" formula from Andrew Lessman that you can google, that has great ingredients and is easier to swallow, made by ProCaps labs. You can also take large doses of Biotin, sometimes called Vitamin H, take no less than 2500 micrograms daily to support healthy hair growth.

By messaging your scalp, hair line, temples, and the nape area with an excellent hair dressing that contains natural herbs, vitamins, this will help the blood circulate to the hair follicles which promotes hair growth. Adding moisture and messaging the scalp will promote hair growth.
