Assuming that this is your g-grandfather, on your father's side, then you are "English, of Italian blood"...hence your hair and eye characteristics.

If your father was Italian, then you would be "English, part-Italian".

Even though you were born in England, you ancestry is from Italy. That doesn't change no matter where you live
