Are you signed in to the site? If you haven't used it before, you have to register first. If you have used it, you have to sign in before you see the click to pay box.

I just tried it, since I pay mine that way every month. Once I was signed in, there's a row of boxes toward the top. The first says "view my account" and the second says "make a payment". Then they each have dropdown boxes for what you want to do.

I don't see any box that says "click to pay" although I think there used to be one.

Additional info: If you're paying from your bank account, Citicard doesn't charge a fee.

You must first register your account; it takes 1-2 days before you can actually make a payment. Once you are signed up, from the account summary page, click on the "click to pay" icon. Contrary to what the previous answer said, there is no fee for using the online payment feature (note, you will still be charged late fees or interest based on the date of your payment).

Before you make a payment online give them a call to verify how much of a fee they will "charge you or your account" for making that payment. I've called two places already and they want somewhere around $12 just to make a payment. The other day I said to them "I don't want to make a payment that bad". A 37 cent stamp is good enough for me.
