If you have a butcher that will pound out some breast for you, your in good shape, if not the best this is to take some Saran wrap and pound them your self. Season the chicken with some salt and pepper and your choice of other seasonings, have 3 dishes set up, 1 for beaten eggs, flour, italian bread crumbs and parmesan cheese about a 1ucp and a half combined. First the cutlet goes into the flour then the egg, then the Italian bread crumbs. Next you fry the pieces in a frying pan with olive oil for like 2 minutes a side. Take the pieces out and drain on a paper towel. Place the browned pieces in a shallow baking dish, top with a tomato, and or Marina sauce of your choice, and fresh mozerella, bake for about 15-20 minutes. Boil some pasta, and voila you have chicken parmesan. I hope it turns out well for you. Also if you want other recipes check out foodtv.com
