For the past three days I have gotten these headaches and felt like I was going to pass out. The weird thing is that they always seem to come on in the evening around 7 o'clock. Also, my teeth tend to start hurting which makes it even worse. Does anyone have any idea of what might be causing it?

Either lack of sleep (stress builds up when you miss sleep) or too much sleep. If you sleep too much, you can get tired (sound weird but true), depressed and have lots of headaches. Try to sleep 8 hours a day and do some kind of exercise as well.

Wow. Okay here's some ideas:
1. HA's secondary to poor vision usually occur in the evening.
2. HA's accompanied with dizziness upon rising are secondary to orthostatic hypotension. Meaning your blood pressure is dropping when you rise.
3. HA's with facial pain can also be a sign of an oncoming migraine.

There's other things to consider. Are you diabetic, are you overweight, how old are you, do you have a history of high blood pressure. Does your speech get slurred when this is happening. If it does get sluure or if you have visual changes, you must call 911 immediately as this is an oncoming stroke. Is this just plain stress. HA's are usually not the diagnosis, just the sign of something else. There's other symptoms you are having or will have. Does this occur around your period. Concentrate on what your body is telling you.
