Haven't in awhile because it's been too warm, but today it is cooler so am fixing a pork loin roast with carmelized apples, potatoes, and asparagus.

I have a small turkey in the oven as I type this. So we are having roast turkey, stuffing, roast potatoes, broccoli au gratin and cranberry jelly. Of course there will be gravy made from the turkey drippings in the pan.
We love a good roast on a Sunday, it must be the British in me, even though I have been living in the U.S.A for the last thirty years.

No, my kids are grown and away. We keep it simple, but we did have a wonderful country style brunch today with eggs, sausage and gravy and biscuits.
