He puts his chest to his knees and stays like that for about 2 mins..like..twice or three times during the class.. What is he doing? And why?

stretching. It's good for his circulation, since he can't move around too much. poor circulations can cause blood clots and other problems that can be deadly for parapalegics.

Relieving the pressure on his tail bone. It can be very painful at times. I was confined to a wheel chair for 6 months.

i do it because my back get really tight from spasmic muscles that i cannot control so i need to stretch to keep limber and also to stretch to pick up what i drobped it also helps keep youre spine healthy so no further injury resaults

Probably stretching. Can you imagine how you would feel physically if you were always sitting down? It's one of my worst nightmares.
