Yes...it is pain-full. Listen. I used to take those naturally remedy's (had too) and they take a long time to work...but listen. Since spinach is no longer an option (used to eat that) But also Broccoli. Eat alot of steamed and raw broccoli. I'm serious. I get lung infections and sinus infections ALOT. Get insured to, it can easily turn into pneumonia. So watch out for that. Another thing is to keep yourself laughing. Keep your spits up, and LAUGHTER! This is serious, and I'm being serious as well. Something about laughting helps...maybe because it opens up your throat passages more...or something. But it helps. Watch Tube TV (on the Internet and laught yourself silly. Another thing, hot teas. Mainly Green tea. Drink two cups a day, one in the morning, one in the evening. Go to a vitamin store, get some Vitamin C capsules, ...and as much as I hate to say this...caster oil. The liquid kind. Just swallow it dear....don't taste. It will heal your body and de-tox for real. Take care. If you have any questions, or wish to discuss this further...you are ALWAYS welcome to contact me. Good Luck...and watch your health carefully.
G-d Bless! You will be in my prayers

Although we'd like to avoid paying a lot of money for doctors and medicines cuz they sure cost a lot, especially if we don't have insurance coverage, sometimes that is really what we need, and then it actually is more cost efficient to do what we have to do as soon as possible.

I use a combination of Western Medicine (which is what our doctors usually practice), and alternative medicine. Echinacea can be very helpful in cases like yours. Also steam, like a vaporizer to help your system to clear out the junk, is helpful (there are vaporizers that are controllable now and those are the best (I use one all winter). Hot broth, soup and teas are helpful. These are the 'old fashioned' remedies, but sometimes they just aren't enough for certain very strong and resistant germ infections, and then we really need a doctor to prescribe the right antibiotic.

You need antibiotics. Natural cures are great, but sometimes we need medication. Bacterial infections just don't go away. It can potentially infect your blood stream, and then you will really be sick. This is called sepsis, and can affect other organs of the body; especially your kidneys.

Actually, it sounds like you are quite sick right now. There must be a local county funded hospital who will treat you. You should seek treatment right away.

See your local health food store the clerks their
be glad to help you and recommend a good
Herbalist or other Natural Healer! Natural Healing should be the first method of healing and only when that fails go to the so called conventional doctor!
