You really should go to an ear doctor. Family doctors used to remove wax in their office but now they refer to a specialist for any ear problems because of limits set by insurance companies, malpractice issues and true concern for patients.

An ear specialist (call local hospital to recommend one) will be able to evaluate you ears by looking and possibly removing wax or obstructions. Tests can be conducted to determine any disease. They are also usually fully equipped with audiological testing by a professional audiologist.

Testing can determine if you will be helped by hearing aids. If you do need a hearing aid it is best not to wait because the better your hearing is the better you maintain your ability to distinguish speech sounds. If the speech area of you brain isn't getting a reliable "signal" from your ears for a prolonged time, you ability to distinguish similar sounds decreases. It amounts to use it or lose it.

it is because of some kind of particles(WAX) which r accumulated inside ur ear drums. just apply ear drops which will help in liquifying those particles then go to an ear specialist doctor and ask to him to clear your ear. don't forget to apply ear drops in both ears and use cotton balls in your ears after they r got cleaned.
