If your goal is one color, simply mask off the mirror, if it is difficult to remove, and use a good quality spray enamel to paint it the color you want. If the bamboo and wicker is in an unfinished state, use a sealer that you'd use for staining purposes first to seal the surface so the paint will cover properly with no hot spots.

Remove the mirror if possible. If not, tape over it. You can wash off the wicker first if dirty...Then..spray paint it. I've done that with wicker vanity set, and it still looks great.

a. remove the mirror. Turn over, you will see it is kept in place by clips.
b. spray paint.
Brush will not do a proper job.

you need to remove the mirror or tape it off real good. Spray a primer, then spray paint, and then sealer.
