ok ill make long story short i have this friend (a girl) and she has been in a bad relationship for 2 years and i started talking to her about her and her boyfriend status who has cheated on her twice with one of her good friends and he was sober when he did. this she thinks its getting worse being around him and she really likes me and we have a lot in common and shes says so far im the nicest guy shes met and now here i am asking all of you what do i say to her or her boyfriend because shes not sure whether she likes to be around him anymore and he doesnt know anything about me and this girl being together and im stumped on what to say to her to tell her that she deserves better and that i would treat her how she deserved to be treated pls any advice would be very appreciated

What I think you should do is let it unfold without your help. You can let her know about the cheating and the tendency to cheat again because she stays with him. Like you said he did it sober. Not that drinking is an excuse but it would be one if he decided to cheat again. The grass is always greener on the other side. Tell her to leave him and you just be there to comfort her as a friend only. If she decides to make an advance you tell her "not yet". Remember, she is still damaged and you need to let her heal emotionally before you want to start a relationship. Otherwise you may have her cheating on you with her ex-boyfriend.

What you said, could not have been said better, by all means express yourself to her, But do not settle for a part of her, make sure that she and her boyfriend, are finished before the two of you get together. Yes tell her how she should be treated like a queen, and not have a boyfriend, who cheats on her.

but anyway if her x dont like u he dont have 2 just ignore him hes a ****** ***** anyway :(
