You'll probably need to take your dog to the vet. He/she will have to give a complete physical and fill out a health certificate. Make sure you know the address you'll be taking your dog too, cause they have to include that on the form. It's possible that your dog may have to go into quarantine once it reaches Canada. I'm not sure for how long, probably at least for 10 days.

you want to the contact your Vet because there are particular photos that are manditory "suitable earlier" vacation, The airways actually have strict regulations on Crate criteria, Drop off and %. up, and so that they require a well being certificate that could no longer older than a million week earlier you vacation. So call the airways and then make a Vet appt. good luck

I know that you will need a Health certificate, proof of rabies shot if over 12 weeks but you will have to check with Canadas regulations on anything else.

What you need is a paper from the Veterinarian(he knows what paper it is) stating the shots are up to date, dog healthy, etc etc BUT IMPORTANT.... the paper signed by the vet, etc must NOT NOT NOT be over 72 hours old from the writing of the paper to the date the dog arrives at its destination

a sedative. Dogs don't handle flying well. I know that some places require a isolation period when bringing in new animals. Some places it is a significant period of time. They do this to make sure theya re not brining in any deiseases or perisites
