until I just read it in one of someone else's answers! I am due to begin ortho tri cyclen lo today and would like to know if this is a potential problem!

I am 22. And will be taking the pill not the shot.

No, taking a birth control pill will not inhibit your chances of conception once off of the pill. They can, however, increase your chances of conceiving twins if conception occured within the first 3 months of coming off of birth control.

yes.it does it makes it harder to get pregnant after a long period of time including you can be at risk for blood clots and cancer but that depends also on your age, the depo provera shot is not a good way to go at all it is not my favorite, after the 2nd shot you may not get pregnant for up to 1 year and a half. good luck
