I want to lose about 10-15 pounds

Drink a lot of water, avoid snacing on junk food, eat fruits and veggies instead. Cut portion sizes, but make sure you get enough that you are getting nutrients out of your food. Really, if you eat in moderation and cut way down on salty and sugary snacks, you'll find a big difference and wont lose energy or health like people who diet to harshly. If you want to use a drink suppplement, then slimfast is actually a good and healthy way, but make sure you follow the diet plan so that you get all the protien that you dont get from the shakes.

I second Water- drink a ton of it. Minimum of 8 glasses a day. always carry a water bottle around.

Zero calories. Keeps you hydrated. Doesn't hurt the teeth. Nothing artificial in it. And, if you drink it, it keeps your tummy full. Granted, you have to pee a lot, but if you're drinking a lot of anything, you have to pee a lot.

All other diet drinks are basically a crock. Are you suggesting you want a diet drink that will give you calories, vitamins, minerals, etc as a food replacement?

I really don't recommend going that route. Drink water, eat sensably, exercise.

Cranberry Juice, Water, & unsweetened tea......

EXERCISE AND EAT HEALTHY...........Don't just drink water and not eat, you will just retain the water cause your body isn't getting anything else. Eat lots of fruit, veggies, and protein.

This is a good site on how to lose 10-15lbs in a healthy way, some good advice.....BUT there is a great soup/fruit/veggie diet that is designed to lose 10-15 in about a weeks time by eating right and drinking the right things....check it out.

To Stop Eating At All Cost Eating is the only Reason For Being Fat Don't take any Stupid Medic or Killing your self at the Gem It's all about your eating behaviour Ieat Chips &Salad For Around 3 years ( i am healthy ) Plus lost over 50 kg I was Over wighted Now i am ideal for 5 years now :)

i know that if you drink cokes or carbonated drinks cutting them out of your diet will allow you to lose at least 2 to 3 pounds in the first week. i used slim-fast after i had a baby and it worked great it took a while but it worked. i lost no weight the first week and then the second week i lost about 4 punds. i stared working out and it helped even more.

chickweed herbal tea. this is all natural. and just drink about 2 cups a day, it is under 5.00 for a box of 24. This really worksss for real. i was on a diet, and i would still cheat and have burger king and mcdonalds, and i still lost 12 pounds that week. i would be on my diet but if i couldnt overcome my crave i would eat something big and crazy, and then drink chickweed.
and i still would get to my desired loss of pounds. Im still drinking this tea today.

All diet drinks contain artificial sweeteners which are toxic to the body. Far better choices are spring water, or teas, especially herbal teas.

I do not believe in diet drink, your body needs sugar, you want to loose weight you can eat any thing you like but do not eat too much.

no other answer but WATER. If you are looking for a soda I would say Hansens' Diet Soda. Taste great.
