I saw a question, a girl asking if other girls find firefighter HOT! and most answers (if not all) were yes, I know it's a noble job but a firefighter doesnt bring a lot of money and
he's always at risk(no girl wants to become a widow)

Not all firefighters are paid to fight fires, i am a volunteer and put my life on the line to save a life. I don't consider myself a hero, heroes come in many shapes and sizes but what i do isn't heroic it's just being human and doing the right thing.

Actually Depending on where you work and if you speicalize in anything, you can make good money. Some girls date them because they have a thing for men in uniforms. Others do it because they are considered "heros" and brave, etc. I am a firefighter and date one, therefore its not that big of a deal for me. Girls who are in the firehouse tend to date one because the firehouse becomes a way of life not just a hobby or job and it tends to be that people outside the firehouse never really understand it. They love them because they tend to be fit, at least those in the calenders are. It's a lust issue for many women. Some do find the bravery and responsibility good traits for fatherhood, but most just want to be banged up agaisnt the fire engine.
Cops are less attractive to them, and less liked in general because they make judgements, are sometimes corrupt, though rarely, I believe, and are the enforcers of laws, some of which are unpopular. The firefighter is presumed impartial, concerned only with saving lives, not profiling, detaining, et al.

I think girls find firefighters attractive because of there image as being a manly man. When you say the word firefighter i think of a tall, sexy, well built man with sweat on his chest and 6 pack. I would never date one or marry one because of the risk of losing them. To me a firefighter is only a image.

i can tell you at age 25 i do NOT find firefighters attractive...its the uniform and the fact that most firefighters are buff and have muscles in places most people only dream about...its also the fact that you dont know whats underneath the uniform...regardless of the pay its a dirty and emanding job and most girls love a guy who works hard for his money and can bring home the bacon...hope that helps

Its the uniform.
And its also probably because hes taking a risk for little money. It means hes willing to help people. An admirable quality.

I think the main reason is, they're hereos. Most girl like men who brave and want to risk their lives so other people won't have to die. They lso have nice muscles which make them hot.
