Ask your 3 year old! WHY?

This is perfectly normal, though I am sure it is extremely frustrating. Children react to change in different ways.
Moving can be traumatic for a child of that age. When children become unsettled, one reaction is to cling to their parents. Hence her reason for not wanting to go to school is more likely that she simply does not want to leave mom and dad.
The most important thing for you to do right now is keep the rest of her routine as much the same as possible. Make sure that you keep having her go to school. If you give in and let her stay home, she will continue to want to stay home. Tantrums (if she is throwing them to stay home) will get increasingly worse.
I taught many children who went through this same issue (they moved, they were put in a new class, a friend left the school, mom had a baby, parents divorced, etc) and their way to react was to not want to go to school. Kids who had been going to the school for years, suddenly through hellish tantrums to stay home.
Just be consistent. Do not let a tantrum keep her home from school.

Ask your 3 year old why. Then go investigate the day care center to find out why she is afraid to go back.

everything is new and she wants to be part of it. she is afraid she is going to miss something that is all, here is what i would do tell her she has to go to school but on your next day off work you will let her stay home. that way she doesn't feel like she is missing to much

May be she is jealous from the coming-baby and want to be beside her mother to love her more than the new baby. Try to pamper her more & tell her " you are my small princee" & bring her toys & tell her it is from the coming-baby.First you have to make sure there is no problrm is the school itself.
