Blood pressure can shoot up rapidly, people have been known to have strokes when angry.

I think that's a myth. When we get angry, our blood pressure goes up, and that could lead to health problems or possible death if it stays elevated for too long.

I'd try to stay calm if I were you. I never heard of "death" from being angry .. or blood becoming dirty ? .. Everyone gets angry sometimes. Good Luck! :)

Never heard tell of it. Blood pressure goes up, but usually doesn't cause any damage.
