Apply directly to travel agents such as some of the big companies I have listed below.
You do not need particular qualifications (they train you), although some relevant experience in the tourism industry would help.

Its a pretty awful industry.....airlines are pinching everwhere they can, and the travel agents are some of the first places they look...

Plus there are so many online travel sites now, who needs travel agents.
